Our client in the Mining industry is looking to hire a product Manager for the position available in their institution.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and find ways to improve<br>• Lead definition of product strategy with the management team, including product pricing and positioning<br>• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive product and company growth<br>• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and specs<br>• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact<br>• Work closely with engineering, production, logistics, support, and sales team to deliver quick time-to-market while optimizing resource utilization, including successful product launches<br>• Provide reliable production planning to the logistics team, based on consolidated sales input<br>• Represent the company at events and by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services<br><br>Requirements:<br>• Proven work experience in an international, industrial environment as product manager or as associate product manager for at least 3 years<br>• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle (4 P's)<br>• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies<br>• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software/hardware development, radio communication, web technologies.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done<br>• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus<br>• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred<br>• Strong commercial knowledge<br>• Experience in mining would be ideal<br><br>Send your CV and latest pay slip to *****@*****.co.za<br><br>ATripleA Recruitment and Temps<br><br><br><br>#ATripleA #recruitment #vacancy # Product #Manager
