Requirements Proven experience in project management and leading technical or industrial teams Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity and strong leadership capability Ability to work full-time onsite in Pretoria-West Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Management: Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, define scope, set objectives and monitor progress Operational Control: Manage changes to scope, timelines and costs while reporting performance outcomes to management Financial Oversight: Control project budgets, monitor costs and ensure financial targets are achieved Risk & Documentation Management: Identify risks proactively and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems Leadership & Team Development: Supervise project teams, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote a strong performance culture
