<p data-start="150" data-end="329">A growing luxury hospitality group is seeking a commercially driven <strong data-start="218" data-end="247">Sales & Marketing Manager</strong> to lead revenue growth across a portfolio of premium Southern African properties.</p><p data-start="331" data-end="480">This is a <strong data-start="341" data-end="373">hands-on, sales-focused role</strong> suited to a confident professional with an established network in the luxury travel and corporate markets.</p><p><strong data-start="491" data-end="516">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul data-start="518" data-end="1080"><li data-section-id="1b6wkfj" data-start="518" data-end="577">Drive new business across corporate and leisure markets</li><li data-section-id="12zl0e" data-start="578" data-end="670">Build and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients</li><li data-section-id="hx5uzv" data-start="671" data-end="743">Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets</li><li data-section-id="ptnmyy" data-start="744" data-end="820">Prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders (including C-suite)</li><li data-section-id="sevazy" data-start="821" data-end="858">Manage and grow existing accounts</li><li data-section-id="d0atr7" data-start="859" data-end="940">Collaborate with external agencies on marketing campaigns and brand alignment</li><li data-section-id="so1bpk" data-start="941" data-end="1022">Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client engagements</li><li data-section-id="ciba0e" data-start="1023" data-end="1080">Monitor market trends and report on sales performance</li></ul><p><strong data-start="1091" data-end="1105">KEY FOCUS:</strong></p><p data-start="1106" data-end="1171">Strong emphasis on <strong data-start="1125" data-end="1159">corporate business development</strong>, including:</p><ul data-start="1172" data-end="1287"><li data-section-id="1t1hbdy" data-start="1172" data-end="1207">Executive retreats and offsites</li><li data-section-id="14lstoe" data-start="1208" data-end="1239">Incentive travel programmes</li><li data-section-id="rtyd0i" data-start="1240" data-end="1287">Corporate hospitality and group experiences</li></ul><p><strong data-start="1298" data-end="1315">REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul data-start="1317" data-end="1706"><li data-section-id="34fle9" data-start="1317" data-end="1379">Proven experience in <strong data-start="1340" data-end="1377">luxury travel / hospitality sales</strong></li><li data-section-id="zos5yr" data-start="1380" data-end="1458">Established network within the luxury travel trade and/or corporate sector</li><li data-section-id="1m1yjjg" data-start="1459" data-end="1510">Experience engaging with senior decision-makers</li><li data-section-id="1moa782" data-start="1511" data-end="1579">Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li data-section-id="156gbe8" data-start="1580" data-end="1628">Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive</li><li data-section-id="rup6ur" data-start="1629" data-end="1680">Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li data-section-id="kftz6m" data-start="1681" data-end="1706">Willingness to travel</li></ul><p><strong data-start="1717" data-end="1734">ADVANTAGEOUS:</strong></p><ul data-start="1735" data-end="1915"><li data-section-id="1xa0dwf" data-start="1735" data-end="1799">International market exposure (UK, Europe, USA, Australasia)</li><li data-section-id="9rinvk" data-start="1800" data-end="1870">Experience with safari, wine, or boutique hospitality environments</li><li data-section-id="juv01a" data-start="1871" data-end="1915">Trade show and industry event experience</li></ul><p>Suitable applications to be emailed to <a href="mailto:*****@*****.co.za">*****@*****.co.za</a></p><p> </p>
