About the Role
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a strategic leadership role that plays a fundamental part in how The Good Human (Pty)Ltd grows over the coming years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help further scale our existing products, influence new content, and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing across multiple channels including Facebook, Google, Networks & ASO
- Brand/positioning and Product Marketing
- Creative Services production of well-fitting and high-performing creatives
- Platform relations (i.e. Apple & Google)
- Community Management (including social media and influencer activity)
- Ownership of all existing Customer Touchpoints
- Promotional and Communication Strategy Planning and Execution
- Automation and Journey Structure Definition
- Working closely with the Creative Studio to ensure production of well-fitting and high-performing creatives
Requirements
Leadership experience > 5 years
Experience of brand strategy and marketing campaigns, including communications
Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems
Analytical competencies / mindset
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Growth focussed, goal oriented individual
Able and willing to lead from the front, getting hands on as required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in an energetic and inclusive manner, while dealing effectively with challenging situations
A people person who enjoys managing teams and cares about their teams welfare, as well as their output
