About the Role

The Client Relationship Officer is a key position responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer care support, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our client services. This role requires a highly organized and communicative individual who can effectively interact with clients, management, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Daily servicing of employers
Checking monthly employee schedules for accuracy
Assisting with any issue an Employer may have around the membership of their employees on the cover
Providing monthly interaction with the client
Building ongoing relationships with key stakeholders at clients
Performing any other task entrusted by Management
Providing customer care support to members/companies
Assisting with all forms of enquiries from customers and management (telephonic and email)
Being responsible for the inbound calls for all lines assigned to Group Schemes
Ensuring that the necessary departmental reporting is adhered to
Providing support and assistance to the Sales Executives and Take on Team
Assisting any group scheme member with any query or claim that may be received by the department, follow up and provide feedback to the relevant party
Conducting general administrative duties

Requirements

1 year administrative experience
Medical Scheme Call Center experience (advantageous)
