About the Role

AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a skilled Commercial Secretary (Legal) to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our ghost practice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, filing, and data entry.
Managing office day-to-day operations, including budgeting, inventory, and supply chain management.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for senior staff members.
Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Secretary (Legal) or in a similar role.
Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior staff members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
