Job & Company Description: This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a regional distribution network within a dynamic engineering and industrial environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through established partners while identifying and onboarding new distributors to expand market reach. As a key player in the commercial team, you will work closely with both distributors and end customers, developing strategic growth plans, improving channel performance, and ensuring long-term business success.
