Job Description

Key Responsibilities Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret technical and operational data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, databases, and knowledge repositories. Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure information accuracy. Create dashboards, performance reports, and management summaries. Support information governance, data quality, and compliance requirements. Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and presentations. Monitor and improve information management processes and systems. Assist with audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting where required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related field. 3 years of experience in information analysis, technical documentation, business analysis, or data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with databases, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Knowledge of data governance and information management frameworks. Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices. Experience working in technology, engineering, telecommunications, finance, or similar industries. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Information Management.
