About the Role
Hire Resolve, a prominent recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Export Manager to join a leading company. As an Export Manager in the Animal Health industry, you will play a vital role in overseeing and expanding the company’s export operations related to veterinary products and medicines as well as food produce. This includes managing relationships with international distributors, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and driving sales growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Target Markets: Research and identify potential international markets for the company’s products.
- Understand Regulations: Stay informed about international regulations and standards for animal health products.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop Export Strategies: Create strategies for market entry, expansion, and growth.
- Set Sales Targets: Define sales goals and objectives for different regions or countries.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet the regulatory requirements of each target market, including registration and certification.
- Manage Documentation: Oversee the preparation and management of export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate Shipments: Manage the logistics of shipping products to international customers, including arranging transportation and handling customs clearance.
- Monitor Supply Chain: Ensure a smooth supply chain from production to delivery, addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management, preferably in the Animal Health industry
- Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures in the Animal Health field
- Proven track record in international sales and market expansion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and export-related software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
