In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial management, preferably within an NGO or non-profit organization
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements for NGOs
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Passion for the values and mission of the Anglican Church
