Job Description

A transformation partner that helps businesses digitize their operations is seeking a driven and collaborative Intermediate Business Analyst to join their Managed Services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting their clients by enhancing existing software features, resolving issues, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: 

  • Investigate current system functionality based on support requests and perform gap analysis to determine if enhancements are needed.

  • Write detailed use cases and test cases to support regression testing.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of minor enhancements and support fixes.

  • Act as the first line of support for client queries, minor change requests, and user management.

  • Prepare and maintain SLA reports and other client status documentation.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Support user training and onboarding activities as needed.

  • Escalate and manage client issues through to resolution.

  • Promote a high standard of client service and identify areas for improvement.

  • Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

  • Experience supporting and enhancing existing software features.

  • Experience producing clear documentation for both technical and business users.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and work across teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working in a support or help desk environment.

  • Exposure to DevOps tools.

  • Prior involvement in drafting Statements of Work (SoWs) or participating in scoping activities.

  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software functionality.

  • The ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software platforms.

  • Experience writing test cases and performing software testing.

  • Skilled in problem-solving in a high-paced, multi-project environment.

  • Experience in facilitating client discussions and managing expectations.

  • Exposure to UI/UX concepts is a plus.
