About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Assistant to Buyer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Buyer in product selection, range planning, and assortment building.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Buyer in product selection, range planning, and assortment building
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product queries
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning
- Support in analysing sales data and identifying trends
- Maintain accurate product and pricing information on internal systems
- Coordinate sample management and approvals
- Assist with pricing, margin tracking, and promotional planning
- Ensure timelines and critical paths are adhered to
Requirements
- Skills in purchasing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R 10000 – R 13000 per annum.
