A leading agri-retail company is looking for an experienced Marketer (Building & Paint) with strong experience in sales, product marketing, and customer relationship management to join their team in Malmesbury, Western Cape. The business operates an extensive retail footprint across South Africa, offering a wide range of agricultural and lifestyle products, and is focused on growth, customer value, and community engagement. This role will focus on driving sales of building and paint products, providing technical support, and identifying new business opportunities within the region. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Provide technical advice and tailored solutions on building and paint products Drive sales through market research, product marketing, and business development initiatives Ensure compliance and good governance within the marketing environment Manage accurate reporting using internal systems (e.g. AgriSMART, QlikView) Oversee administrative and logistical coordination processes Deliver after-sales support and product application guidance Leverage digital tools to improve processes and enhance customer experience Requirements: Grade 12 with relevant in-house training or an NQF Level 5 Diploma Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport (essential) Benefits: Salary: negotiable.
