Job Description
A dynamic opportunity awaits a Junior Product Manager ready to contribute across the full product lifecyclefrom ideation and development to launch, support, and retirement. Key Responsibilities:

Generate and evaluate new product ideas through research and stakeholder engagement

Document business requirements and collaborate with development teams

Support product development through data analysis and workflow documentation

Coordinate pilot phases and commercial launches

Maintain product roadmaps and optimize the product portfolio

Manage testing and quality assurance processes

Align internal teams through clear communication and stakeholder engagement

Execute operational tasks that support strategic product goals

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric and a relevant bachelor’s degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)

12 years in a junior product, product support, or business analyst role
-
Experience in financial services, payments, or technology (preferred)
-
Solid understanding of acquiring, Card Present and Card Not Present transactions (mandatory)
-
Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
