Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and evaluate new product ideas through research and stakeholder engagement

• Document business requirements and collaborate with development teams

• Support product development through data analysis and workflow documentation

• Coordinate pilot phases and commercial launches

• Maintain product roadmaps and optimize the product portfolio

• Manage testing and quality assurance processes

• Align internal teams through clear communication and stakeholder engagement

• Execute operational tasks that support strategic product goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric and a relevant bachelor’s degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)

• 12 years in a junior product, product support, or business analyst role

• Experience in financial services, payments, or technology (preferred)

• Solid understanding of acquiring, Card Present and Card Not Present transactions (mandatory)

• Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello

Matric, Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
12 years of experience in a junior product, product support or business analyst role
Experience in financial services, payments or technology industries (preferred)
Knowledge of the payment industry including acquiring transaction processing, Card Present as well as Card Not Present (mandatory).
Understanding of product lifecycle and agile or scrum methodologies, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Trello
