About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Product Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving product growth and development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet our customers’ needs. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams to drive product growth and development
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in a junior product, product support, or business analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the payment industry including acquiring transaction processing, Card Present as well as Card Not Present (mandatory)
- Understanding of product lifecycle and agile or scrum methodologies
Qualifications
Matric, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
