About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced industrial sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and provide technical support as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report on performance metrics
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Interest or exposure to technical/industrial products is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in a sales environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp is advantageous
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
