About the Role

The Legal and Compliance Officer will support business operations by managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing commercially sound legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal advisory and compliance oversight across a diverse group structure
- Engage with executive leadership, manage contracts and litigation processes
- Drive compliance with key legislation including corporate, financial, and gaming regulations
- Provide governance support, lease management, trust administration, and insurer liaison
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory changes
Requirements
- LLB degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal advisory or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of gambling law, insurance law, and financial services regulation
- Familiarity with pension fund and trust legislation
- Strong analytical, drafting, and stakeholder engagement skills
