About the Role
The Greys Recruitment team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Yes for Youth Programme as an administrative assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, capturing and maintaining accurate data, and assisting with Excel-based reporting and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate data on internal systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with Excel-based reporting, tracking, and data management
- Perform daily administrative support
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness at all times
- Support document filing, record keeping, and system updates
- Provide general operational and administrative support as required
- Participate in training and development activities within the YES Programme
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Reliable, disciplined, and professional
