Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver medium to largescale IT and business system projects.
- Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and resource plans.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring structured, measurable delivery.
- Track and report on project progress, status, and financials.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC and governance frameworks.
- Manage vendor and thirdparty deliverables.
- Support PMO process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile certification advantageous.
- SDLC and Agile/Scrum training beneficial.

Experience
- 3–6 years’ experience managing IT or business systems projects endtoend.
- Proven success delivering medium to largescale initiatives.
- Strong exposure to Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
- Financial management exposure including budgeting and forecasting.
- Background in Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Manufacturing or supply chain environment exposure advantageous.
