Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver medium to largescale IT and business system projects.
Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and resource plans.
Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring structured, measurable delivery.
Track and report on project progress, status, and financials.
Ensure compliance with SDLC and governance frameworks.
Manage vendor and thirdparty deliverables.
Support PMO process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile certification advantageous.
SDLC and Agile/Scrum training beneficial.

Experience

3–6 years’ experience managing IT or business systems projects endtoend.
Proven success delivering medium to largescale initiatives.
Strong exposure to Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
Financial management exposure including budgeting and forecasting.
Background in Industrial Engineering preferred.
Manufacturing or supply chain environment exposure advantageous.
