Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration)
- Identify, log, and track bugs using relevant tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently
- Review requirements and ensure test coverage is comprehensive
- Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before release
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Tester
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) advantageous
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Relevant IT qualification (Diploma/Degree) preferred
- ISTQB certification advantageous
