• Trade Tested: Mechanic
• Previous experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on yellow machines or similar heavy equipment
• Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, or similar is desirable
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently
• Meticulous attention to detail to perform thorough inspections, identify subtle signs of wear or damage and ensure quality repairs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, as well as the physical stamina to lift heavy components and tools
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, document work performed and convey technical information effectively
• Stable working record with traceable references
• Own transport 
• Must have valid driver’s license
