A well-established legal practice is seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to join its Corporate Department in Cape Town. This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a litigation and/or corporate legal support role
  • Proven experience with billing processes, including time capture and invoicing
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and terminology
  • Ability to manage and maintain both physical and electronic files efficiently
  • Competence in general administrative support, including handling correspondence, document preparation, and filing systems
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills
