About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to join their team in Johannesburg. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of production workers to ensure production targets are met
Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency
Monitor production processes and make improvements to increase productivity
Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and promote teamwork

Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of production processes and equipment
