About the Role
Telebest, a leading organization in our industry, is seeking an experienced Retentions Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the sales and customer retention department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
- Set clear objectives for each call and ask relevant questions to evaluate the customer’s level of interest.
- Identify the products or services that best meet the customer’s stated needs.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Matric or SAQA accredited (essential)
- 1 year sales experience (essential)
- Regulatory exam 5 would be advantageous
- 1 year retentions experience (advantageous)
