About the Role

Tailormade Solution is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Returns Clerk to join our team in Wadeville, Germiston. As a key member of our returns process, you will be responsible for inspecting products, processing credit notes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect products to determine credits
  • Process accurate credit notes and handle related customer queries
  • Maintain detailed records and submit regular return reports
  • Communicate clearly with customers
  • Support quality control, identify product trends, and flag recurring issues
  • Check stock and documentation

Requirements

  • Matric is a minimum requirement
  • Computer Literate (MS Office and Advanced Excel)
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Communication fluently in English
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Reside in or around Germiston
