Johannesburg: SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Job Description

This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department, supporting our sales representatives, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with logistics to ensure timely dispatch Assist sales reps with administrative tasks and follow-ups Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional manner Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements Matric certificate (Grade 12) required; tertiary qualification in Business or Sales is advantageous Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support or administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary package Supportive team environment Exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic industry
