Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle , from design to deployment Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with banking regulations and security standards Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Oversee custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, security, and governance Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects Manage integrations with core banking systems, APIs, and third-party platforms Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends Required Skills & Experience Salesforce Certification(Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect) 7 years Salesforce development experience, with 2 years in a Lead role Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex, LWC, Visualforce Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and SOQL Salesforce Security Model (profiles, roles, sharing, permission sets) Experience working within banking or financial services environments Proven experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions Nice to Have Experience with Financial Services Cloud Exposure to regulatory frameworks and compliance standards Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
