We’re searching for a Client Implementation & Service Manager who’s part project maestro, part relationship guru, part problem-solving ninja, and full-time client champion. You’ll be the friendly face new clients trust – and the steady hand that keeps everything running like a dream.

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Services Organisation (CIB)
Solid Project Management background (3-5 years)
Hands-on experience in Transactional Banking, plus knowledge across Cash, Trade, Investor Services & Card
Client engagement experience across multiple African markets (SBSA presence)
Comfortable working across global locations
Confidence to engage with senior/executive management (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Financial Managers)
Deep understanding of account opening, onboarding, FICA/KYC across African regions
Ability to take full ownership of implementations – driving “mandate to money”
Knowledge of TPS channels, SWIFT, electronic channel integrations and onboarding
Solid operations and systems exposure
