About the Role
As an Electrician Manager in our client’s luxury development project, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and managing a team of junior electricians.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction electrical management including layout of pipes, conduits, and site electrical planning
- Reading, interpret and understand construction plans, electrical schematics, and blueprints
- Collaborating with site managers, architects, contractors and other trade managers to ensure Electrical work is completed accurately and on time
- Budget and manage all materials, labour and tools
- Install electrical components such as wiring, panels, switches, lighting, and DB Boards
- Ensuring all three-phase installations comply with Installation Rules and pass final building code inspections and testing to issue COC
- Repairing and maintaining electrical systems
- Strict application of health and safety standard
Requirements
- Possess a Three-Phase Wiremans License
- Registered with the Department of Labour Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of Electrician Management experience in high-end, multi-storey, luxury property developments
- Proven Experience in three-phase Installation, motors, switchgear, and renewable energy systems like solar
