About the Role
Our client, a multidisciplinary construction company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer – Renewable Energy to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating potential renewable energy projects and their environmental impacts, as well as overseeing project execution to ensure designs meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to evaluate potential renewable energy projects and their environmental impacts
- Facility planning and replacements
- Equipment design and improvements
- Tenders and contracts
- Provide guidance and support to installation teams during the setup and commissioning of renewable energy systems
- Oversee project execution, ensuring that designs meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- BSc Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years in renewable energy/construction projects
- Experience in Battery Energy Storage Facilities (BESS), grid integration, transmission and distribution networks, and wind farm projects
- Willing to work on sites
- Must be medically fit
- Must be willing and able to work nationwide
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
