Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Receptionist/Guest Relations Consultant Luxury Safari Lodge – Nambiti Game Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal Requirements · Matric · 2 – 3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or high end 4/5-star environment · Strong Computer skills (MS Office & Outlook) · Confident, guest-facing personality with excellent people skills · Must be hands-on · Experience with hospitality or reservations software – essential · Opera or Semper experience advantageous · Proficient in the English language both written and verbal · Professional and well-groomed · Must have valid driver’s license and own transport Responsibilities · Guest check-ins, check-outs and front office coordination · Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times · Assist with hosting guest meals, activities and events when required · Manage guest communication, schedules and daily lodge flow · Handle guest records, billing support and admin tasks · Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams · Uphold luxury lodge service standards Package on offer · Salary: R 8 000 – R 10 000 pm DOE · Live in · 3 weeks on/1 week off · Opportunity for growth within the luxury lodge Starting date: ASAP
