About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Oncology team, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the patient’s medical oncology journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the patient’s medical oncology journey
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (oncologists, pharmacists, radiologists, allied health professionals, etc.)
- Facilitate treatment planning and continuity of care
- Provide patient education and psychosocial support
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and ethical practice
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (SANC registered)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
