Supervision of employees

Ensure production targets are met.

Ensure optimum production processes.

Comply to all applicable legislation

Maintain staff compliment

experience in fmcg/chicken industry/abattoir

Requirements:

• Grade 12.

At least 2-5 years Supervisory experience

• Ability and willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have basic problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure.
• Basic people supervision skills.

Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Computer literate
