About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitations Manager to lead and manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of camp programmes in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a strong and confident leader who can manage large teams and oversee programmes for large groups of participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and oversee sport, leadership, adventure, and environmental camp programmes.
- Ensure programmes are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with educational or development goals.
- Coordinate and manage daily camp schedules and activities.
- Lead, supervise, and support a large team of facilitators.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to facilitators.
- Ensure staff deliver programmes professionally, safely, and enthusiastically.
Requirements
- Strong leadership ability and confidence managing large teams and groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and organised under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, youth, and school groups.
- Passion for outdoor education, sport, and leadership development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma in one of the following fields: Sport Management, Outdoor Recreation Education, Environmental Education, Leadership Development or a related field.
