About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Limpopo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Control inventory levels and manage stock.
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and perform repairs as needed.
