About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Couple to join our team at Madikwe Lodge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing lodge operations, leading by example, and maintaining high operational standards. You will work closely with our Operations Directors based in George and JHB to ensure seamless day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for lodge operations
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people-management skills
- Be hands-on and highly capable in maintenance
- Lead by example and maintain high operational standards
- Report to Operations Directors based in George & JHB
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal hospitality qualification
- At least 3 years of hospitality management experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Financial knowledge
