About the Role

TNT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clothing retail stores in KZN Upper North Coast, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate store teams to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate store teams to achieve performance targets.
• Stock control and accurate stock counts.
• Store operations management.
• Driving store performance and managing underperforming stores.
• Ensuring compliance with operational, legal, risk, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Matric
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within clothing retail
• Strong leadership ability
• English & isiZulu language proficiency
• Basic Excel computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits

R16 000 – R18 000 basic salary (based on experience), company vehicle, reimbursable allowances, and Provident Fund after probation included in above package.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00

Overtime as and when required.
