About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sub-Product Owner (Senior) to lead and mentor functional teams in delivering implementations for our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal/external resources, working closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, and ensuring successful go-live and post-go live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor functional teams
- Coordinate internal/external teams and resources
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents
- Assist in the preparation of Business Blueprint document SAP Configuration EWM, WM, LE and MM Planning
- Conduct integration testing with other modules (PP, PM, SD, MM, LE)
- Understand interfaces, IDOC, and RFC’s processing
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training for business process owners
- Handle tickets and tasks, ensuring closure within defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for the system
- Execute changes through configuration
- Analyze and resolve production support calls
- Raise Change Requests (CRs) and write Functional Specifications
- Prepare test data for testing of CRs
- Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and system integration security tests
- Update and maintain SAP Module functional documentation
Requirements
- IT degree or equivalent qualifications
- Extensive SAP practical system experience
- 8 years industry working experience in Logistics (WM and EWM)
- Proven track record of working in SAP projects and supporting implementations from requirements through to go live and support
- Strong experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence)
