Job Description

About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator specializing in water and sewer infrastructure, bulk transfer pipelines, reservoirs, treatment works, and pump stations, as well as the rehabilitation of dams and spillways, construction and rehabilitation of earth dams, and internal linings. This long-term LDC placement requires a strong candidate with excellent estimating skills and industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare work estimates by reviewing proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
Identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
Compute costs by analyzing relevant documents.
Conduct tender pricing and manage cost estimates.
Prepare pre and post-tender submissions.

Requirements

3 – 6 years experience in an Estimating Role (Civils and Building).
Relevant degree in construction or a related field.
Construction Estimator Certification (CEC) is required.
Minimum 6 years industry experience.
CCS experience is mandatory.
BuildSmart experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Completed degree in construction or related field (no specific institution mentioned)
