About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team in Midrand. As a key member of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to various departments and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Invoicing, quotations, and basic bookkeeping
- Maintaining financial records and filing systems
- Coordinating with suppliers and installation teams
- Handle appointment scheduling and maintain our front desk calendar
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Matric
- Previous experience in similar role advantageous
- Previous bookkeeping knowledge or experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
