Job Description
They are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join their team in the Gauteng region. In this role, you will focus on growing their market footprint for PC and endpoint backup services. Your main goal is to meet corporate decision-makers, show them the value of data protection, and secure long-term business continuity contracts to help achieve regional sales goals.
What You Will Do
- Find and qualify new business leads in Gauteng daily.
- Pitch automated PC backup and cloud storage solutions to corporate managers.
- Give clear presentations to show how their services reduce risk and recover data.
- Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals.
- Build solid relationships with IT Heads and Financial Directors.
- Keep your sales pipeline updated using their internal CRM software.
- Work with their technical pre-sales teams to plan virtual server requirements.
- Give regular, accurate sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
What They Are Looking For
- Education: Matric certificate. A tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or Marketing is a bonus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of successful B2B technology sales experience.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and excellent communication skills.
