About the Role
Our client is a innovative and forward thinking agency within the brand development and digital media industry. They work with diverse clients to elevate brand presence through strategy and innovation, focusing on web design, AI integration, and visual storytelling. This office-based position calls for a Graphic Designer to take the creative lead across digital and print campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand identities across digital and print platforms.
- Lead creative direction on client campaigns from concept to completion.
- Design and maintain engaging web interfaces aligned with UX best practices.
- Collaborate with internal developers and strategists to create cohesive digital experiences.
- Create marketing assets including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative brand solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative strategies.
- Stay up to date with design, AI, and digital innovation trends.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a design role, preferably agency-side.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Portfolio showcasing brand and digital design work readily available.
- Experience in UI/UX design and understanding of responsive web principles.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven creative tools will be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
R20 000 – R30 000 per month, based on experience.
