The HR Business Partner plays a strategic role in supporting Sanbona Game Reserve Ltd across key human resource functions, promoting a positive and compliant workplace culture, and ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Labour Relations to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture
  • Ensure fair and effective dispute resolution
  • Manage Payroll and Remuneration, aligning with legal and organisational standards
  • Oversee HR compliance and support budgeting processes for optimal financial resource allocation
  • Maintain the integrity and efficiency of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
