About the Role
The F&B Attendant is a live-in position that provides professional Food and Beverage services to residents and guests at Sanbona Game Reserve Ltd, ensuring exceptional responsiveness, care, and attention to individual needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Food and Beverage services in various environments, including dining rooms, bars, lounges, pool areas, room service, and off-site function setups.
- Absorb and interpret information and instructions accurately, demonstrating intermediate levels of reasoning and interpretation of information.
- Recognise service, safety, or security concerns and address them promptly.
Requirements
- Grade 10
- 1 Year of experience in a similar role in a Luxury 5 Star Hotel/Lodge
- Some formal professional development in Food and Beverage
