TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk: Admin within the MTP division at Rutland Sawmill, Mpumalanga. Job Summary This role involves providing administrative support to branch operations, maintaining accurate employee and business records, coordinating HR and payroll-related processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties Perform general administrative duties and provide support to branch operations Maintain and update accurate employee records and files Capture and submit payroll-related information accurately and timeously to the relevant departments Coordinate monthly timesheets for payroll processing Capture and update leave records of employees on the relevant systems Assist with the preparation, distribution, and filing of HR-related documentation Assist with onboarding and termination administration, including the completion and submission of required documentation Assist employees with HR-related queries Support employee benefit administration by coordinating documentation and communication with the relevant stakeholders Ensure employee information and records remain accurate and up to date Support compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Compile and submit administrative reports as required Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field (advantageous) Experience with HR systems such as Sage and AS400 (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail and data accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise workload and make sound decisions Teamwork and collaboration skills Customer service-driven approach Strong record-keeping and administrative capabilities Ability to compose professional business correspondence Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
