We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Director. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage sensitive information with discretion, and communicate confidently at executive level.The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and will operate independently from the general administrative team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the Directors diary, meetings, and appointmentsHandling calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the DirectorPreparing professional documents, proposals, quotations, and reportsFollowing up on actions, deadlines, and client communicationsCoordinating with clients, consultants, and service providersMaintaining well-organised digital and physical filing systemsAssisting with invoicing, record-keeping, and basic administrative supportHandling confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretionMinimum RequirementsProven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar roleExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeHigh level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrityProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspacePreferred Experience35 years experience supporting a senior executive or directorExperience in professional services.
