About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Fixlight. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and reconcile accounts
  • Track inventory levels and assist with stock counts
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions
  • Calculate salaries and process payroll transactions
  • Prepare management reports and VAT submissions

Requirements

  • 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Sage Pastel software
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
