Musina: Enterprise Development Practitioner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Development Practitioner to join our team in Musina, Limpopo. As an Enterprise Development Practitioner, you will play a critical role in supporting entrepreneurs through one-on-one mentorship and coaching, while also assisting businesses with compliance and registrations. Key Responsibilities

• Supporting entrepreneurs through one-on-one mentorship and coaching
• Assisting businesses with compliance and registrations (CIPC, SARS, COIDA, and NHBRC)
• Guiding small businesses with planning, operations, marketing, and financial management
• Facilitating training sessions and group workshops for entrepreneurs
• Assessing and processing loan applications in line with company procedures
• Analysing financial information including cash flow, affordability, repayment ability, and supporting documentation
• Monitoring business progress and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting the operation and coordination of the mobile support unit
• Engaging with entrepreneurs within rural and designated communities
• Preparing reports, tracking outcomes, and identifying development opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and client experience

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 23 years of experience in enterprise development, business support, community development, finance, or mentorship
• Experience with loan application assessments and basic credit risk evaluation
• Working knowledge of business compliance processes including CIPC, SARS, COIDA, and NHBRC registrations
