About the Role

TWK Agri is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator: IT to join their team at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. As the central point of coordination for the IT office, you will be responsible for ensuring that support tasks, technician activities, and helpdesk functions are executed efficiently in line with guidance from the IT Service Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily operational activities of the Piet Retief IT office
  • Ensure that assigned support tickets, technical tasks, and operational requests are attended to within required timeframes
  • Monitor workflow and follow up with technicians and helpdesk staff to ensure work is completed effectively
  • Assist in prioritising and coordinating support activities as directed by the IT Service Delivery Lead
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and professional standards within the IT office and work areas
  • Act as the primary operational contact point for the Piet Retief IT office
  • Escalate unresolved issues, operational concerns, or resource requirements to the IT Service Delivery Lead
  • Assist with coordination of technician scheduling, site visits, and task allocation where required
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct within the office environment
  • Ensure adherence to company IT policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • CompTIA A certification
  • CompTIA Network certification
  • CompTIA Security, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Associate certifications (advantageous)
  • Ubiquiti (UBWS or equivalent) certification (advantageous)
  • ITIL Foundation certification (advantageous)
