About the Role
This Private Reserve is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join their team as a Reservation Front of House Host Position. The ideal candidate will possess strong hosting skills, a passion for guest service, and an exceptional ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling guest reservations and inquiries
- Welcoming and hosting guests professionally
- Managing check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring guests feel comfortable and well attended to during their stay
- Responding to emails and telephone calls professionally
- Assisting with guest requests and ensuring excellent customer service
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintaining reservation records and daily reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, front office, or hosting will be advantageous
- Strong hosting and guest relations skills are very important
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy and email communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good organisational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of reservation systems will be beneficial
