About the Role
Our client, a well-established player in the technical/refrigeration industry, is seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their Nelspruit branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers by accurately identifying their product needs
- Promote and sell products to customers
- Educate customers on product range, services, and warranties
- Support overall branch sales and customer service delivery
- Monitor and analyse market trends to stay competitive
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
Requirements
- Matric (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a technical or sales-related environment (refrigeration preferred)
- Refrigeration product knowledge (advantageous)
